Swivelling The Don’t Wants

I bet you know what you don’t want don’t you?

People naturally end up complaining about all the things they don’t want in their life.

Make a list of the things you don’t want and then convert them to a positive. The truth is you don't get what you want, you get what you EXPECT! So in order to attract happiness, wealth and prosperity to you, your thoughts and your beliefs MUST be in alignment with those positive thoughts and beliefs or you will continue to come up empty...pure and simple.



What you think in your mind, you will produce in your life. That is the great Universal Law of life.

Lets spend a few moments thinking about your don’t wants and convert them into positive statements and from today onwards work on expecting them to happen and not focussing on the things you don’t want.

For example:

“I don’t want to be fat”

“I don’t want to be in debt”

“I don’t want to be single”

“I don’t want to lonely”

Then to convert these statements into positive goals and be specific, together with making them in the present tense:

“I am fit and healthy size X (or insert the weight you want to be)”

“I have paid my debts and I am saving X amount each month”

“I have met a wonderful partner who makes me happy and content”

“I have actively sought opportunities to make friends and now have a wonderful support network of positive people”

You choose the words and the more descriptive you can be the better.
